What to expect
We will ask what the applications do, what they run on, who knows them, and what "done" would have to prove. If the fit is real, the next step is a Phase 1 proposal for that system, not a deck. If it is not, we will say so on the call.
Contracting and teaming
For public-sector work we act as a named subcontractor for discovery, specification recovery and portfolio sequencing on a prime's bid, or as a direct supplier for a Phase 1 engagement where the buyer's procurement rules allow it. Companies in Canada and the United States contract with us directly: a Phase 1 statement of work on one system, with the Phase 2 price quoted from what it delivers. Questions about a live solicitation should go through that solicitation's official channel; we will answer them there.
